Need Business and IT Corporate Training
run at your offices, UK / overseas?

Based in Gloucester, Gloucestershire, we train in the UK and Europe, (and further afield by agreement, such as USA and India). If you need training, please select from the following choices:

One-day, Technical Writing Courses for anyone who writes about Software, Equipment, Business, SOP or Technical Procedures; whether you are writing for external customers or for internal staff, such as sales team, technical support engineers, help desk etc. Operating Procedures / SOP Training.

RoboHelp Training Course for anyone who needs to get up to speed using RoboHelp Office or RoboHelp HTML to produce Online Help Guides. Learn the quick way to get started in RoboHelp; shortcuts, hints, tips, etc. Covers WebHelp, HTML Help, conditional build tags, applying RoboHelp skins, multiple output builds, etc.

A half-day, short course on Business Email Etiquette. Tailored for anyone who uses Email for business purposes. Learn the essentials - the professional approach to writing business emails. We can teach you how to write effectively, in the right language, clearly and succinctly; and also to avoid the pitfalls and risks of careless email usage.

You can wait, sometimes for months, for employees to achieve their skills by osmosis, by "sitting next to Mary"; or you can speed up the process substantially by training. These are short sessions - just one day or a half day - that give you the essentials with minimal interruption of work. You probably don't need several days' of learning; so please do talk to us about the courses offered.

"The most interesting parts for me were the exercises because I like the ‘hands on’ approach. I find ‘to do’ is the best way for me to learn. I also liked sharing ideas with my colleagues and having the time to think about how we can move forward. I valued Philip’s input and suggestions."
- Margaret McDermott, Training Advisor, Quintiles Ltd UK."

"Most Enjoyable. The subject could have been dry; however, the way the training was executed made it enjoyable."
- David MacDivitt, Senior Customer Information Officer, Coventry University.
